You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in the original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
- To start a return, email support@lamicia.com with your order number.
- Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
